What to expect:


You will find a mix of weight training, strength training, HIIT, cardio, and core. Every move has a modifier which means ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!

  • First class is FREE

  • Bring a friend to experience our class + (both receive free passes for the day)


Private 1 on 1 Trainings:


Customized training plans with progressive techniques implemented to insure results. 1:1 sessions catered for fat loss clients, muscle building clients, and both!


  • 1 hour session: $25

  • 30 minute session: $15
