This means you have total flexibility! This is a tool, not a rigorous workout plan that you need to be a slave to over the festive season.

You can use this guide on it’s own, or as an addition to your current workout routine.

What's Included?


In this Program, you will enjoy a combination of:

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 
✓ Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) 

Core Circuits

Each session takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete, and you have the option to integrate the workouts into your own workout plan.
